In 5/2025, the size 18 pair of jeans I have were too small.
Today, the same size 18 pair of jeans are falling off me. I wore it to work last Thursday thinking it was just baggy. Well I kept having to pull them up because it was falling off my hips exposing my booty. I felt like those black guys who were their pants sagging down to their mid thigh.

Other than not knowing when to eat or drink? Should I schedule meals? When should I drink something? Lol!
Well side effects are different for everyone I guess. You might wanna read the label to find out the known side effects while on the drug. In my case I probably need a nutritionist at this point to teach me how and when to eat meals, snacks and stay hydrated.

Yeah. It takes away the appetite. Now I just eat because I feel like I should probably eat something? And I drink fluids because I like drinking fluids.
It is like I have to learn another way to feed myself because before my stomach let me know when to eat and drink. I might be dehydrated. I don't even know unless I pass out because I barely get thirsty anymore

Putting things into perspective, I have not been able to wear that pair of size 18 jeans since 2021 because I got so fat.
