Both articles (links) contain many tips,how to lose weight with a healthier diet and more exercise.
I would recommend that you stay away from such chemical support unless you need it for serious illnesses.
Contrary to malicious rumours, I was never fat.
When the
serious
office routine began and with it less sport, I slowly gained weight.
So I simply skipped breakfast. All nutritionists say that's completely wrong, but it worked for me.
I've to eat something in the evening and wouldn't be able to skip dinner.
Everyone has to find their own rhythm, but no matter which way you go, just eat less if you want to lose weight.
