<p dir="auto">Makiwara training. I used a concrete wall in my basement when I was 14 years old. Although I did train karate, I did this alone, so the “we” part was a lie.<br />
I’d hit the concrete wall 300-500 times most days at like 25% full power and did it for at least a year. I stopped because I read online it can lead to arthritis.<br />
We aren’t alike, mate.<br />

<p dir="auto">The F1 with the thicc neck and the sprint kayaker looking like he was getting ready for high-speed double-dutch were my favourites.  There are some serious feats of physicality here.<br />
Now here's something you cannot train for! She handled this like a total boss and never lost her composure.  I'll bet she never goes up again without her peepers.<br />
