They are not naturally skinny, trust me. I know 2 people who are "naturally skinny" and I've never once in my life seen them eat a full meal at a dinner table lol and I've known both of them for 20+ years. Skinny people eat just enough to stop themselves feeling hungry from what I've observed. Never snack on anything either. You do get women that are slim and have a "healthy relationship" with food, but to me they may as well be eating the grass off the ground because they ain't proper meals imo lmao.
