According to Google my weight keeps shifting I have exercised everyday and hardly ate but I have been eating sweet stuff I must say but now that my appetite is nearly gone fastening will be much easier for me!
And just cause I got the coil in it’s all cramping and blood yucky but I put three pounds on cause of it and I went from 13 stone to 12 stone 7 now I’m 12 stone 10 so annoying yeah scales just go down until I’m six stone fs
