I don't feel like seeing the doc again just to ask this. I just got curious after working out what my BP was after exercising and my top number was like 160. Not usually that high since getting on meds.
From what I googled, it seemed like that's normal, but I didn't read too heavily into it.
Ugh, I wanted to take a break from doctors until my appointment in November. I wonder if I can just call and ask.
