Triceps, 10.4kg 15 reps 2 sets<br />
Shrug, 10.6kg 20 reps 2 sets<br />
Military Press, 13.1kg 15 reps 2 sets<br />
I do 1m 30sec between each exercise depending on the size of weight, if I have to build it there could up to 2 or 3m. 45sec between a set<br />
If covid 19 never happened, id be lifting a lot more. I need to hit the gym for cardio, the gout in my foot last year nearly killed me. Not joking, when walking up the stairs I thought my foot was going to blow up. And when I got into bed I thought my foot was leaking blood or fluid<br />
