I would never go for a walk in my neighborhood in fear of getting shot so my only option is to walk in one place while I'm standing up like right now. When I go for a regular walk it seems easier on my muscle joints ligaments and all that stuff but is there a big difference between the two?
If I don't do something fast I am going to die soon. I've never talked about my health problems but I have a lot of issues with my heart blood pressure and honestly just too many things to name including depression which makes it really hard for me to do anything.

, I CONCUR with the three above…EXCEPT for the part about HEARING VOICES!
Walking around the house OR getting a treadmill or an elliptical would be a good alternative IF you DON'T want to walk where you can EASILY be SHOT and possibly KILLED.
