I don't think women being porn ready at all times should be a goal - especially because I wouldn't want a woman who only presents herself as a sex object. Even when just hooking up, I don't want to **** a sex doll. If I accept your premise that porn presents women at peak aesthetic beauty, I would have to ignore the existence of all the porn with fat, dirty, hairy, flat, or old women. There's too much of that to pretend it doesn't exist so as to agree with your point.
But smoking is gross all the same. It goes against the instinctual drive to have healthy mates & social contacts. It has little to do with the desirability of their asshole for cereal eating. Though I suppose you could say an asshole made for cereal eating would belong to a very healthy woman, so it could serve as some extreme to the instinctual desire for health. It's just very far down on my list of priorities and thus your post isn't relatable.
Men are even less "porn ready" at any given moment. Most don't even have the right natural assets for porn.

When woman smoke, they are accepting mediocrity.
