It's alright. I purchased lavender and blossom scent.
Cons:
uses 3 AA batteries and they drain fast. I left it on the lowest setting in my bedroom all night because I enjoy waking up to a lavender scented room. By morning the batteries needed to be replaced.
It releases a light mist on any of the 3 timed settings so you don't get full coverage for a small 16x12 room. It works best when you turn it on before use, hold it in your hand as you wave the mist around the room like you would those canned air freshners. You have to keep toggling through the settings for it to release more fragrance mist.
I suggest keeping it in your bathroom near the toilet.

I bought a bottle of vanilla essence from the store and sprayed it around. I love the fragrance of vanilla and caramel too.
