Try Nutisystem , I don't know if they have it where you live. I was going to do the South Beach diet but I switched. If there's some kind of diet program there you can join.
It's not cheap but they're having a discount sale and they send you enough food for a month, it's packaged and portioned so that you only get a certain amount of food and calories so that you can lose the weight. You also get snacks and shakes

I’ve been to a dietitian yes but I didn’t stick to the diet
I have had my bloods checked no thyroid issues
I tried excercise then I was skint and had to sell my treadmill I’m getting another one next month
