<p dir="auto">I still need to lose 20 pounds.<br />
And the last thing i want to do is build huge muscles.<br />
But i want to be toned, and strong.<br />
I currently walk everyday, but its not enough.  I do have a gym memebership. I dont want to pay a trainer tho.</p>

<p dir="auto">Its confusing. But i guess using weights will be good no matter what. Should i just eat at maintenance? I actually want to lose weight so Im not sure if i should weight to start lifting.</p>

<p dir="auto">You know what I agree with you. You're right. I meant to say 500 under where she is now, and I was Assuming she has been gaining weight.<br />
I'd just eat maintenance if I were her. After like a month, maybe adjuat it downward if need he since homeostasis would have changed as she loses weight.<br />

<p dir="auto">Hi intensity cardio combined with weight training …. but stuff the 5x5 it’s to low of reps .Id say normal set progression should be 12,10,8,6 … with 8 and six being pretty hard to push out the last few reps .Then after your set of 6 reps or so ,drop the weight down and do a set of 12 to 15 <a href="http://reps.Do" rel="nofollow ugc">reps.Do</a> this rep pattern on the core exercises like bench press and on isolation exercises like side laterals do 3 sets of 10 or so .Stick to 3 or four exercises per body part at most .I hope this helps .</p>

<p dir="auto">lifting heavy is how you get toned and strong. women don't have enough testosterone to "build huge muscles." they just get a more feminine physique. this is especially true when you're eating at a defecit - even women eating at a huge surplus and TRYING to gain muscle can't gain more than a few lbs a year. lifting &gt; cardio too. **** cardio. lifting is actually fun. when i got started i just googled basic strength training plans (which lead me to <a href="http://bodybuilding.com" rel="nofollow ugc">bodybuilding.com</a>) and watched youtube videos.  now i lift heavier than vlad.<br />
