I love what I saw. I love the cast. Beautiful production. Queen Latifah is perfect. I really think Queen Latifah has blossomed as a singer/actress and her short time as talk show host. She comes off as very classy.
The actress playing Ariel isn't a very good vocalist. She needs recasting.
Otherwise, I don't get all the negative reviews.
