<p dir="auto">TD passes and passing yards should be split. Pure passing yards: How many yards away the receiver is when the QB completes the pass, then how many yards he gets on the run.<br />
QB's stats can be INFLATED. Guy throws a 5 yard completion to a TE or WR, and the guy runs 30 yards for a TD. They all it a 35 yard TD pass..but it's so misleading.</p>

<p dir="auto">I'd take it a step further. A TD thrown is recorded for the passer only when the throw is caught in the endzone, not before. How about coming up with a TD stat for offensive linemen when a RB rushes one in?<br />
