<p dir="auto">The Argentinians, Brazilians, <a href="http://Chileans.it" rel="nofollow ugc">Chileans.it</a>'s like it's in their blood to be diving all the time for penalties, free kicks. etc. They see nothing wrong with it, it's "part of the game." Disgusting really.<br />
Of course many Europeans do that too - the Italians and Greeks and Portuguese prime examples - but then in others it is much less common, you don't see the Germans or the English doing it much (with exceptions like Sterling and the Man-City like).<br />
In Japan it would never happen either.<br />
Is it reflective of a wider cultural mentality?<br />
