Brady's rights as a private citizen are completely irrelevant to playing in the NFL because Brady has no "right" to play in the NFL. Playing in the NFL is a privilege, not a right. The NFL granted Brady the privilege to play in their league, but Brady cheated and got caught so the NFL suspended his privilege to play for 4 games.
But Brady is so arrogant that he thinks he's entitled to the opportunity to make millions of dollars playing in the NFL when no citizen is guaranteed of any such right.
