I posted this because I think it's wild that people in Canada still speak like this in rural parts of the country. My intent wasn't to make fun of the Irish accent itself. Hope no one is offended by it.

Yeah, people from Nfld generally have a mild accent, but nothing like his. They used to be made fun of a lot and there were many "Newfie" jokes similar to blondes jokes, but that seems to have died out over the years.
