On other skyscrapers, like the Empire State Building, they allow people to come up to the roof. Doesn't look like they let people do that there.
Still looks fun though.

use sd cards. no moving parts. still need to be careful of the pins but rare breakage. google photos good too.that bypass all mechanical potential problems.
