I never buy consoles until at least a year has passed, but I'm looking forward to:
Zelda: Breath of the Wild (going to go ahead and get the Wii U version, may upgrade once I get a Switch if I like the game enough)

Splatoon 2
Xenoblade Chronicles 2
ARMS
Shin Megami Tensei (5?)
No More Heroes 3
And I may upgrade Mario Kart 8 if the Switch version has enough new content.

Well this is just me getting my hopes up, but not only am I hoping for a future Metroid title and a load of good 3rd-party games for the Switch, I'm also hoping they give us a new Punch Out!, a new Kid Icarus game 2D or 3D, and maybe a new Duck Hunt game.

The only thing I've seen so far that interests me is Zelda. Which I'll be getting for the WiiU. At some point if the Switch gets more games I care about (i.e., MetroidI have no faith in the ability of Nintendo to actually get more than a smattering of good 3rd-party titles over the lifetime of the system), I'll get one, and possibly upgrade BotW to the Switch version.
