In no particular order.
Through balls
The through balls are terrible compared to the previous game. There's a 50% chance that you'll pass it to the feet of your opponent, or you just end up passing to open space and not the direction that you intended.
Slow reactions
Sometimes you try to pass or shoot, but it takes too long to acknowledge your command and actually do it. In the mean time you get tackled. Either that or it doesn't acknowledge your command at all and does nothing.
A player calls for the pass, but doesn't make the run
When you are on the attack a teammate in front of you sticks up his hand to signal that he is going to make a run, but when you pass to him he doesn't bother making the run that he signaled he was going to.
Penalties
Why change them? They were fine in the previous game.
Midfielders tracking back
When my opponent is on the attack I try to get more players behind the ball by having my midfielders track back, but it always switches to a defender, even if the midfielder is closest to the ball.
Switching players at crucial moments
When defending just as you're about to make a tackle it switches to another player who is further away from the ball and they end up trying to tackle thin air. This combined with the delay mentioned earlier makes for some comical viewing. You end up with random players sliding all over the place.
Crosses
The crosses are awful compared to the previous game.
Goalkeeper doesn't retreat after being called off his line
In previous games when you call the keeper off his line he always retreated back automatically when you release the triangle button. Now he just stands there like a lemon.
Pass backs
So many times I've seen a player pass the ball back to their keeper who then picks up the ball. I've never seen a free kick given for it.
Low ratings for decent players
For example, Bellerin is one of the best right backs in the EPL (probably the best), but only has a rating of 79.
