Not quite sure of what you mean by that.<br />
It was made in the 80's, but had the 50s vibe.<br />
As for disjointed in parts, I'm assuming you are talking about David Lynch's style of directing. I can understand how that could throw some people off. His movies and the TV show wasn't everyone's cup of tea.<br />
Correct me if I'm wrong.<br />
Personally, I enjoyed it, although Dennis Hopper gave an extremely unsettling performance, so that could be interpreted as great!<br />
