It ruined the origins of Michael Myers, and Laurie Stride didn’t have any redeeming qualities. You didn’t care about what happened to any of the characters since they were so forgettable and unlikable.

The way they killed off Monica Potter was unforgivable. I hope Robin Williams burns in hell for getting her killed. What a jerk he was in that movie.
