Hey I got an upstairs neighbor that is doing to me exactly what your upstairs neighbor was doing to you.
After I complained a dozen times about his loud music all throughout the night, he stopped doing that.
Now he somehow knows where inside my apartment I am. He goes to wherever that part is inside his apartment and makes noise above my head.
Usually he does this when ever I am sitting on my recliner. I will suddenly hear him dropping things on his floor above me or stomping around.
If I go into my bedroom he will be up there directly above me making noises.
It makes me feel like there is some kind of spy cam inside my apartment that he has a direct video feed.
Otherwise, how the **** did he know where I am inside of apartment at any given moment??
