I dislike the usual Friday the 13th/Halloween/Scream/I Know What You Did etc type slashers. They seem to be made for morons, by morons.
My favourite slasher films:
Visiting Hours
Jagged Edge
Psycho
Play Misty For Me
Eyes of Laura Mars
High Tension (until the last 10 minutes)
Dressed to Kill
Stage Fright (Soavi)
If Red Dragon had been directed by David Fincher it might have been the all-time greatest. They ****ed it up, big time.
