When the show first started Jackee look well fit. Later in the series you can tell she started to gain weight like Synclair on Living Single. She still looked great, but its just amazing how she just gained weight I guess it was the eating her character Lisa had to do.

Yeah, that happens a lot to actors/actresses on shows. I'd say genetics play a huge role as well.

I guess that is true. The same thing happend on Living Single with Kim Coles (Sinclair) she was so skinny or fit on In Living Color and then on the beginning of Living Single. Around season 2 or 3 of Living Single she started to blow up a bit. She still looked nice with weight. Queen latifah was kind of lean on the show in the beginning as well she gained a little bit of weight also.

Well.there could be a lot of things. Age, certain lifestyle, etc.

That seems true for a lot of shows I always figure that once the actor feels secure in having the job, they feel comfortable "letting go." Then, of course, there's the hectic shooting and promotion schedule.
