It really is quite progressive. It can be old school sometimes, and sometimes not so much. Depends. Nobody gets their knickers in a knot over much.

actually, I don't mind admitting…at that Unsane show when the WHOLE of Stockholm was feeling the HATE…this dumb bitch couldn't handle her drugs and kept getting in my way…and I FELT THE NEED TO PUNT THE BITCH. Which I ****ing did and it felt FUCKING GREAT. And I could not have honoured Unsane MORE in that moment. Sick with HATE, and the CATHARSIS….

Hahaha. Thankfully, there aren't many reasons to hate women that you'll likely never have to deal with in the real world.

I'm only 24 but I'm already getting too old for the pit. Still wouldn't mind seeing some bands with the aggression of a brick wall meeting my face. Angriest bands I've seen live are probably Nails (not NIN), Amenra, and a local band called Snakes who blend black metal with stoner and sludge.

Yes and this was that! On that day, and they didn't know how to interpret it. I've actually NEVER personally felt so much aggression in a live gig. So I totally got it. It took THEM a while…and then they just went with it.

A lot of people have frustrations and anger that they're holding back. Just takes the right kind of music on the right day.

actually, and this was something only even THEY caught onto after a while…that WAS respect. The spitting. The ANGER. I've NEVER felt anything quite like it, from a band, live, and it being given BACK to the band. At first they didn't get it. but they soon did. It takes a LOT to get a Swedish crowd to react. And they ****ing DID. Weirdly.

Some people have no respect. I've seen piss-poor opening acts for bands before (I'm expecting Author and Punisher to be one of those bands, when I see Tool later this month), but I still sit through it and respect them.
I've only recently found myself getting into Noise Rock and similar sounds. Hopefully some shows of that genre make their way over to Australia. I know Whores are coming soon.

I LOVE UNSANE!! I saw them live. The ONLY time I've ever seen a band stop their show and ask the people to please not spit at them. And that from a SWEDISH audience was actually pretty ****ing awesome. They didn't understand what was coming AT them for a hot minute…
