I think that it is a Great Movie.
It is definitely 1 of My Favorite John Carpenter Movies.
I also really liked Kurt Russell, Isaac Hayes, Donald Pleasence, and Harry Dean Stanton in it.

I thought "ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK" was an ok movie. Nice B-movie, grindhouse actioner with Kurt Russell being a ****in badass. Been a minute since I've seen it, though.
