The DOJ determined that letter was fake. The handwriting analyzed doesnt match Jeffrey's handwriting. The post mark was 3 days after Jeffrey died. Jeffrey was incarcerated based upon the the timing but the letter lacks his inmate number which they said is placed pn all outgoing mail for inmates.
