I'm so sad about this and cannot believe that Spencer LoFranco (recently in the news) hit a woman on a bicycle with his car last year. He realized he hit her, saw her lying on the ground all mangled, went up to her to say he was sorry, then took off in his car without calling an ambulance for her. Piece of crap.
Ca Mille broke her hip and was confined to a wheelchair. She had to learn to walk all over again. The amount of pain she felt on impact of his car, and thereaftercan you even imagine?? And he left her injured and alone? What kind of creep, low life, does that to anyone?
