A German man living in Austria assisted in a penis amputation at a Berlin S&M studio and was sentenced to
3 years in prison. The regional court in Klagenfurt (Austria) found the 39-year-old guilty of aggravated assault.
The defendant from Traunstein in Bavaria is to be placed in a center for offenders with mental illnesses.
The verdict isn't yet legally binding.
Defendant previously cut off his own Penis
"Since my youth, I've had the desire to be genderless and not have a penis,"
the defendant said. He was a

The 39-year-old confessed to the act. He claimed he was unaware that penis amputation was prohibited for non-medical professionals. According to his statement, the man who underwent the amputation in Berlin wanted to have his penis removed himself.
