I completely agree with you. No woman should surgically alter her breasts. Natural breasts are beautiful, whatever size given by Mother Nature. Cosmetically-enhanced breasts look just like that, artificial. I tell all women, NO!!!! Don't do it! Do not alter your breasts. That said, there are some legitimate procedures, such as breast reduction when there is a problem, or breast reconstruction as necessary.

whats the point of having boobs if they are fake? their beauty and attractiveness is in how natural they are? Would you want fake vagina? fake face? fake hair? fake butt?
