The way that I took that is "Why does God help the big guys, and not His own followers?"
So you are saying that for it to be equal, God should help everybody, thus some people don't pay the consequences of their actions. Things play out the way they do because of what people do and have done, yes people may be in captivity, murdered and the like, but God did not put them there, nor did He put Chris Pratt where he is now, things lined up for Cris Pratt because of his, and others actions.
