In 1x11 during flashbacks while taking a break from an interview Superman overhears Lois telling a friend she in love with Clark, not going the usually loves Superman and ignores Clark in past iterations.

After John Byrne's Man Of Steel they had Lois gradually fall for Clark and him revealing his identity to her, Lois & Clark has that version of their relationship and that's the Clois we get in the later seasons of Smallville.

Yep! Lois loves Superman and Lana loves Clark in most stories.
I read that Clark is the real person and Superman the alter ego. I assume that's the reason Lois hearts Clark in this series. They should have named it Clark Kent & Lois.
