She still seems to be the same person. Same free spirit. Ive changed because I have a lot of physical fatigue and stuff from long covid. Not as fun anymore. When she took interest in me I had a manic high energy fun personality and now I feel like crap and go to the doctor a lot lol.
I try to encourage clear communication without being too obvious.
I think she knows that ive tried to communicate that if she needed to move on that I understood and wouldnt be that hurt.

well yea it's a valid thing to worry about. that's the main problem with dating a younger person like her. she's bound to change what she wants as she gains more experience in life. or maybe not. maybe she will ignore her maturing feelings and bottle up her unhappiness because she's too inexperienced to know how to handle it.
maybe you should get couples therapy. a therapist can help you gaslight her into thinking she's happy even if she's not.
