Yes, this film is incredibly stupid. I saw it thirty years ago, and can barely remember much about it although it was said to be one of the worst ever made. Apparently,the man who played Hitler's head was just reprising a party piece he did, seemingly once too often.

It is pretty stupid and ridiculous, but that's exactly what makes this Grade Z schlock camp classic such an absolute cruddy hoot.
Don't expect much and you will never be disappointed.
