Since I recently upgraded my cable service, I have occasionally been seeing this message when I try to record to DVD.
"This program is not allowed to be recorded, E26"
Does anyone know how to stop this from happening? If you do please put the answer into "for dummies" language for me.

Its DRM protected, this means that it can't be recorded. Looks like your cable provider puts DRM protection on the channels you have. No work around i am afraid.
