I am a huge fan of the series and enjoy them all for what they are, including this one. Even though the series does have a general silly tone, the ending to this one I feel just overdid it. At least the others feel grounded in reality. The whole lightning strike killing the Grabboid just felt like The Asylum level of writing.

I really enjoyed the ending with the lightning killing the huge-ass mama Graboid.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
