I have a 32' flat-screen Vizio TV in my room. I wanted to buy a 3D Blu-ray player but you also need a 3D TV for it to work.. I was wondering if there were any cables/wires that I can buy that could convert my TV to 3D, or do I have to buy a new TV altogether?

Some TV sets are made on the same chassis as 3-D ones, and have been crippled one way or another to disable the 3-D feature. In theory you could possibly restore the 3-D capability, but if you have to ask how your best choice is to get a working 3-D set. It's not a matter of "cables/wires" or any other user-serviceable parts.
