That looks really good and I like the fact that it has both a scraper and a "scrubber" combined. We haven't banned wire ones, but I don't like the way wire can break and become dislodged and maybe even stick to the grill.

Wire brushes have been banned here within the last few years. These days I don't think finding a non-metal brush should be a problem.
This is the one I have.

I used this method last year. Saved me some money because I had no need to go get my brows done or my hair cut for MONTHS.

You could use an oil-soaked cloth and wipe while it's hot.
