I just watched this on UK tv and i was suprised with its quality, i could see the western way and the HK influences.
i was wondering how asian audiences view this movie.

In Hong Kong and Taiwan, the film was a flop. Being called a dog is a huge insult over there, especially given the racial context in this film.
