But they did. The Legislature passed a bill
(and Tampon signed it)
which requires schools to provide access to mensural products for all restrooms used by students in grades 4 to 12. They did not mention for which sex, so basically that's for everyone,
male and female.
The schools are left to determine which bathrooms to put them in.
