I hope they stick with this series. Pattinson is the best.
I'm not looking forward to the DCU Batman.
Batman works best when he is a realistic street vigilante who appears in the shadows fighting mobsters and street criminals.
Superman is an omnipotent entity who can hear everything on the planet at once. There's no way Batman doesn't just whistle when he's in trouble. He has no reason to exist at that point.
All of what made Batman so fun to watch will be null and void knowing Superman can show up and end the movie in 5 minutes. We would just have to ignore that. So nothing is truly at stake for Batman anymore after this. Lame.
Never lose your desire.

Very true.
I like Superman, but he is an alien and requires an alien villain if he is to be sufficiently challenged. Batman is more convincing, and is not actually a super hero, therefore his stories can be set just inside the edge of our reality.
