Before I sent him to ADX Florence in Colorado, I would do three things:

  1. Burn his face beyond recognition.
  2. Get an order from the President that he is to be held there for the remainder of his life and NOBODY is allowed to have ANY contact with him except for feeding and daily medical care.
  3. I would have every single prisoner's cell door blocked (even if we are not in the other blocks, they are all blocked) while we transfer him to his cell and for medical tests.
  4. Obviously, the President and everybody else in the Situation Room will be the only ones know where he is. This information will NEVER be printed on paper or typed into computers.
