I know realize it means little to nothing as by the time this is thought-over by someone the 20th of Feb will be here and the boards will be a thing of the past but it drives me nuts that in the trivia seciton it says it's WIDELY KNOWN that Cathy O'Donnell was miscast. This movie isn't even widely known 'cept for genre buffs. I don't know how and why opinions make their way onto the trivia section so many times. But I always try fighting it; I submitted a delete request. To me, compared to her over-wispy Noir roles, she was terrific in this.

I didn't have any problems with Cathy O'Donell in her part.
That being said, this movie did come from a book, "The Man From Laramie" by Thomas T. Flynn, which appeared as a serial in the Saturday Evening Post in 1954. So perhaps O'Donnell is miscast with respect to her character in the book. I have never read the book so I don't really know.
