Thank you very much to both of you, DrakeStraw and Twizlee. I missed the part where an add-on extension HAS to be installed in the browser. I was expecting the links to take me through a process of manually adding a title to this forum.
The extension works and now I can start a discussion from the IMDb site with the specific title page.

Three links are at the very top. I didn't need a tutorial. You just go to the IMDb page after installing the extension and you should see links to film|boards.
I use MS Edge and the Chrome version works here.
