I hate that. I always feel so bad for them when they are injured, but still breathing.
One of my DILs is very country. Her cats do this all the time with birds, snakes, mice etc. She will just snap their necks so they don’t suffer.

She lives in Florida and used to have to get her sister come collect the small snakes. After a couple times she closed the cat door until she got home from work. He would sneak in the occasional gift but mostly mice. Cats can be fun!

Aww thanks. He’ fine. He has a scar on his butt cheek from it. He was bit two separate times, one on his shoulder as well as the butt. Texas has nasty spiders.
