It's like I'm talking to a wall. I'll say it for the third time and maybe this time it will get through: you are allowed to criticize whoever you want, but if you are attempting to make a convincing argument, which I'm 50/50 on that you're actually trying to do, then you should at least have it make some sense. When your whole point is "the evil government is working against the will of its people" and that government in question is one that the people elected and have the power to remove, you have a flawed argument.

If it's a government where election results are predetermined by the party in power, like the Turkish government, then it's not a democracy. There is no way around that.
Germany is a democracy, so you're on much better footing with this argument. However, it still doesn't support your point. Yes, Germany has some strong restrictions on speech, but this is not the result of an authoritarian state, this is the result of the public choosing politicians that supported these restrictions.
