I'm guessing they'll go back to Jodie, and have her phasing into Tennant being a sort of turning point moment that happened, but also didn't. That would explain why Tennant wasn't wearing her garb when he 'became' "14".
Best bet they could do is have Hurt's Doctor actually use The Moment and destroy everything, Eccelston's Doctor's regret while being inside the Time Vortex somehow alters reality and Rose/The Moment/Bad Wolf somehow have to create a splintered reality that eventually joins back into 'real' "Reality" and everything from Tennant onwards is some sort of Usborne Puzzle Adventure (But down the wrong set of pages - Clara Osborn being the clue in there). An older, knackered Ecclescake returns and goes, "Well then, that's that sorted" - cut to opening theme

Well Tharries’s latest bit of click bait is that Paul McGann is coming back. None of his rumours come true. I wish he would stop getting so over excited over every teeny bit of rumour that he hears.

The BBC is old hat
They'll try to get some sort of fangled 'censorship' clause into law, state the the BBC monitors YouTube and the like and it needs Ofcom approval and so the license fee is to protect the children - the UN will get involved, historians will rejoice that they finally get to jot down a massive guffaw in their books that won't get challenged and we'll then have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over
