It's so sad to think I never got my ab workouts down til now. 🥵
What happens if you do a lot of ab exercises and see yourself thin. Do they remember other exercises?
Anyway, hey, it actually worked. I feel like air under the fat like something like a balloon is slowly releasing the air or whatever was in it. I got up with soreness in me, eating so I could take a kidney pill I elected to take I've not taken twice a day of late and been skipping all the vitamins.
What happened to all those ads?

Sounds like your abs are finally activating and burning through the layer that was covering them those old ads probably faded once you started focusing on real results instead of quick fixes.
