Instead of wasting time pressing the buttons just wait until midnight and then unplug the clock and plug it back in and it will automatically set to 12:00 AM and you'll have saved yourself around 7.5 seconds. I've been doing this for 5 years now and have essentially extended my life by a minute and fifteen seconds.
